Effect of modified atmosphere packaging on'H3'blueberry postharvest quality during storage
The effects of different gas concentration combinations of modified atmosphere packaging on soluble solids content, titratable acid content,solid-acid ratio, hardness, water loss rate, fruit rot rate, frost cover rate and ethylene production rate of'H3'blueberry fruit during storage were studied. The results showed that filling 7%O2+20%CO2+73%N2 during the storage of blueberry could significantly increase the solid-acid ratio of the fruit, better control the fruit hardness, reduce the loss of fruit moisture, reduce the fruit rot rate, and inhibit the ethylene production rate,so that the fruit maintained a good appearance and taste. It can be seen that modified atmosphere packaging can effectively improve the fruit quality of blueberry during storage and prolong the storage time.
