Cloning and expression analysis of litchi transcription factor LcMYB8
To investigate the role of LcMYB8 transcription factor in the regulation of litchi flowering, this study used'Feizixiao'litchi as experimental material, cloned the full length of LcMYB8 transcription factor sequence, and performed bioinformatics analysis on it.In addition,real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technology was used to analyze the spatiotemporal expression patterns of LcMYB8 transcription factor in different tissues and organs, annual cycles and low-temperature treatment. The results showed that the LcMYB8 transcription factor had a total length of 1 749 bp,with an open reading frame of 915 bp,encoding a total of 304 amino acids. The spatiotemporal expression patterns suggest that the LcMYB8 transcription factor may play a crucial role in the flowering and fruit development stages of litchi. This study aims to provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of high-quality new varieties of litchi.
