This study introduced the fingerprinting,the research status of molecular marker-based fingerprinting in other fruit,the research status of molecular marker-based fingerprinting in citrus and the detection methods of DNA molecular markers.The focus was on the progress of RFLP,RAPD,AFLP,SSR,SNP and other molecular markers in the construction of fingerprinting of citrus,and points out the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions.
