Cherry crown gall disease is caused by Agrobacterium tumefaciensin the soil,which is mainly transmitted through the wound and causes the plant cells to produce excessive growth hormone,forming a tumor that affects nutrient absorption and thus reduces cherry yield and quality.This paper reviewed the symptoms of cherry crown gall disease,classification of pathogenic bacteria,genome information,pathogenesis,and comprehensive prevention methods for the disease,providing references for future research,production,and prevention of cherry crown gall disease.
