摘要

以华柑4号为试材,采用主成分分析法,研究了不同采收期和贮藏期对华柑 4 号果实品质的影响,以期为华柑 4 号适时采收提供科学依据.结果表明,随着采收期的延后,华柑 4 号果实单果重逐渐增大,后趋于稳定,可食率逐渐下降,可溶性固形物、总糖含量逐渐升高,糖酸比先升高后下降,维生素C含量显著降低.贮藏过程中,采收期Ⅰ和采收期Ⅱ果实可食率呈下降趋势,可溶性固形物含量在 3 个采收期均呈上升趋势,总酸含量均逐渐下降,采收期Ⅰ总酸含量降幅最大,维生素C含量在 3 个采收期均显著下降,采收期Ⅲ降幅最大.综合分析表明,华柑 4 号短期贮藏适宜在 1 月下旬采收,贮藏 30d为宜;长期贮藏应在 12 月底采收,贮藏 60d为佳.

Abstract

Taking'Huagan 4'citrus as test material,the principal component analysis method was used to study the effects of different harvesting periods on the postharvest storage quality,so as to provide a reference for the appropriate harvesting.The results showed that as the harvest period was delayed,the single fruit weight of'Huagan 4'fruit increased and then stabilized,the edible rate gradually decreases,the soluble solid and total sugar content gradually increased,the sugar acid ratio first increased and then decreased,and the vitamin C content significantly decreased.The edible rate at harvesting periodⅠand periodⅡshowed a decreasing trend,while the soluble solid content showed a slight upward trend at each periods during storage.The total acid content gradually decreased,and the maximum decrease with harvesting periodⅠ.The vitamin C content decreased in three harvesting periods,with the largest decrease at harvesting periodⅢ.Comprehensive analysis showed that the most suitable harvesting period for short-term storage of'Huagan 4'was in late January with a storage period of 30 days,and the long term storage was in end December with 60 days storage for the best.
