Fruit quality evaluation of golden passion fruit in Congjiang County,Guizhou Province
The fruit quality of'Qinmi 9'golden passion fruit planted in six villages of Congjiang County,Guizhou Province was analyzed to provide theoretical basis for improving its fruit quality.The results showed that,except that there was no significant difference in fruit flesh weight,peel thickness,edible rate and seed number among the six villages,the other appearance quality indexes and internal quality indexes had different degrees of difference.The correlation analysis showed that fruit size was significantly correlated with single fruit weight,peel weight and seed fresh weight.The value of color index a* was significantly negatively correlated with the value of color angle h°,but the value of b* was significantly positively correlated with the value of color satiety C.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the principal components was 94.26%.The first principal component mainly reflected fruit flavor quality,the second principal component mainly reflected fruit color,the third principal component mainly reflected fruit size,and the fourth principal component mainly reflected fruit internal quality.In conclusion,'Qinmi 9'golden passion fruit from the six villages is medium and nearly round in size,bright yellow,the soluble solids content is above 18.60%,the titratable acid content is all below 1.18%,good internal quality,high in sugar and low in acid,pure sweet taste.So the passion fruit should be eaten fresh.
