植物生长调节剂对灰枣产量及果实品质的影响

为探明不同植物生长调节剂组合对灰枣产量和果实品质的影响,找出适宜配方,为灰枣高效高质生产提供技术指导.选用4种植物生长调节剂进行不同组合的复配施用,于枣果幼果期进行3次喷施,分析喷施后对其产量、品质、内源激素等指标的影响.结果表明,复配处理均提高了果实的纵横径、单果重及单株产量,显著降低了灰枣的果形指数,有助于实际生产中的增产.0.25 mmol/L SA与30 mg/L DA-6复配喷施能提高灰枣果实总糖、还原糖、果糖、维生素C含量,显著降低果实纤维素含量;其余2种复配处理的作用效果与0.25 mmol/L SA+30 mg/L DA-6有所不同,均显著降低了果实总糖、还原糖、淀粉、纤维素、维生素C含量.主成分分析排名结果显示,0.25 mmol/L SA+30 mg/L DA-6+0.01 g/L BR和0.25 mmol/L SA+30 mg/L DA-6+15 mg/L HS 处理分别位于第 1 位、第 2 位.综上所述,0.25 mmol/L SA+30 mg/L DA-6+0.01 g/L BR处理对提高灰枣产量和果实品质的综合效果最佳.
Effects of plant growth regulators on yield and fruit quality of'Huizao'jujube
In order to explore the effects of different plant growth regulator combinations on the yield and quality of'Huizao'jujube,find out the suitable formula,and provide technical guidance for the efficient and high-quality production of'Huizao'jujube.In this experiment,four kinds of agents were selected for different combinations of compound application,and three times of spraying were carried out in the young fruit period of jujube fruit,and the effects of spraying on the yield,quality,endogenous hormones and other indicators were analyzed.The results showed that the compound treatment increased the transverse and longitudinal meridians of the fruit,single fruit weight and single fruit yield,significantly reduced the fruit shape index of'Huizao',and contributed to the increase in actual production.Spraying 0.25 mmol/L SA combined with 30 mg/L DA-6 could significantly increase the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,fructose and vitamin C in'Huizao'fruit,and significantly reduce the cellulose content in fruit.The effects of the other two compound treatments were different from those of 0.25 mmol/L SA+30 mg/L DA-6,which significantly reduced the contents of total sugar,reducing sugar,starch,cellulose and vitamin C in fruits.The results of principal component analysis showed that 0.25 mmol/L SA+30 mg/L DA-6+0.01 g/L BR and 0.25 mmol/L SA+30 mg/L DA-6+15 mg/L HS treatments were located in the first and second places,respectively.In summary,0.25 mmol/L SA+30 mg/L DA-6+0.01 g/L BR treatment had the best comprehensive effect on the yield and quality of jujube.
