摘要

对来自霍城、巩留、新源、塔城4个自然居群共137份新疆野苹果种质资源叶片和枝条对梨火疫病菌的抗性进行了鉴定.结果表明,新疆野苹果种质资源整体对梨火疫病菌的抗性以中感为主,共筛选出6份抗性资源和15份中抗资源.其抗病性在不同自然居群间存在差异,巩留居群的抗病性略好于新源,其次是霍城,抗病性最弱的是塔城居群.旨在分析新疆野苹果的抗火疫病水平,筛选抗病资源,为抗病苹果种质资源的选育提供基础材料.

Abstract

To identify the resistance level of Malus sieversii(Ledeb.)M.Roem.to fire blight and screen resistant materials.The results collected 137 Malus sieversii(Ledeb.)M.Roem.materials from 4 natural populations such as Huocheng county,Gongliu county,Xinyuan county and Tacheng county of Xinjiang,the branches and leaves were inoculated with Erwinia amylovora by acupuncture method.The results showed most of Malus sieversii(Ledeb.)M.Roem.germplasm manifestated medium sensitivity,and selected 6 resistant materials and 15 medium resistant materials.The resistance varied significantly among Malus sieversii(Ledeb.)M.Roem.materials natural populations,Gongliu population was slightly better than Xinyuan population,Huocheng population,and Tacheng population.This study evaluated the resistance difference of Malus sieversii(Ledeb.)M.Roem.germplasm to the Erwinia amylovora of fire blight among different natural population,investigated the resistant Malus sieversii(Ledeb.)M.Roem.germplasm resource,and could afford the breeding resource of apple in resistance inheritance.
