Comprehensive evaluation of fruit quality of 10 new apple varieties introduced from Wuzhong,Ningxia
The 18 main quality indexes of 10 new apple varieties imported from Hongsipu District of Wuzhong City were determined and evaluated by variance analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and subordination function analysis.The results showed that'Fubulas'was a large fruit,and'Fuli'has the highest content of soluble solids and sugar,the ratio of sugar to acid and solid to acid of'Yuhuazaofu'was higher than that of other varieties,and the content of vitamin C of'Fujiku'was the highest.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the four principal components was 84.565%,indicating that these four components could represent most of the information of fruit quality traits.Among the 10 introduced varieties tested,'Fuli'had the best fruit quality and could be appropriately promoted.
