为明确不同果袋对佛见喜梨果皮褐变及内在品质的影响,选用 3 种不同果袋(外黄内黑、外黄内红、外黄内白)进行采前套袋处理.结果表明,与外黄内黑袋和外黄内红袋相比,外黄内白袋果皮褐变率和果皮褐变指数均最低,且降低了果皮中总酚含量,同时也降低了绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A以及新绿原酸等酚酸类物质含量,原花青素B2、原花青素C1 含量也显著降低.外黄内白袋果实硬度、可溶性固形物含量和可滴定酸含量较其他类型果袋低,但固酸比和维生素C含量均最高.综合考虑,外黄内白袋为佛见喜梨适宜的果袋类型.
The effect of different fruit bags on the browning and fruit quality of'Fojianxi'pear
To clarify the effect of different fruit bags on the browning of the skin and internal quality of'Fojianxi'pear,this study selected three different fruit bags(outer yellow and inner black,outer yellow and inner red,and outer yellow and inner white)for pre harvest bagging treatment.The results showed that compared with the outer yellow and inner black bags and the outer yellow and inner red bags,the outer yellow and inner white bags had the lowest browning rate and browning index of the fruit skin.They reduced the total phenolic content in the skin,as well as the content of phenolic acids such as chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A,and neochlorogenic acid.In addition,the content of proanthocyanin B2 and proanthocyanin C1 in the outer yellow and inner white bags was significantly lower than the other two fruit bags.The hardness,soluble solids content,and titratable acid content of the fruit in the outer yellow and inner white bags were the lowest,but the solid acid ratio,and the vitamin C content were the highest.Taking all factors into consideration,the outer yellow and inner white bag is the suitable fruit bag type for'Fojianxi'pear.
