Effect of plant growth regulator treatment on aroma content of'Shine Muscat'grape fruit
Five-year-old'Shine Muscat'grape was used as the test material. At the end of the flowering period and 12 days after the end of the flowering period, the mixture of plant growth regulator GA3+TDZ+CPPU was used to treat the cluster twice, and treated with water as the control.Headspace-Solid Phase Microextraction and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS)was employed to determine the types and contents of aroma components in the fruit at the fruit maturity stage, and the effects of plant growth regulators on the aroma components of'Shine Muscat'grape fruit were studied. The aim was to provide reference for the application of plant growth regulators in the production of'Shine Muscat'grape. The results showed that a total of 74 aroma components were detected in the control, with a total content of 352.77 μg/kg.A total of 61 aroma components were detected in the plant growth regulator treatment, with a total content of 192.10 μg/kg.The control identified 7 characteristic aroma components, while the plant growth regulator treatment only identified 3 characteristic aroma components.Aldehydes and terpenes are the most important components of aroma substances in'Shine Muscat'grape fruit.Among them, linalool contributes the most to the aroma of'Shine Muscat'grape fruit, which is the main rose aroma substance. In general, the use of plant growth regulator GA3+TDZ+CPPU mixture reduced the type and content of aroma substances in'Shine Muscat'grape fruit, and reduced the activity value of each characteristic aroma substance.
