Postharvest status and development trend of world fruits and suggestions on postharvest science and technology development in China
Fruit industry is an important industry in rural revitalization,fruits is an important part of our residents'diet,fruit storage and high quality supply are important ballast stone for food safety in our country.By analyzing the new problems and challenges facing the fruit consumption market in our country at present,combining with the status quo and future development trend of the post-harvest fruit industry in developed countries and powerful fruit industry countries,the main problems and shortcomings at present in the fields of scientific and technological innovation,technology research and development and equipment manufacturing of the fruit at present in our country are analyzed.The key directions of postharvest scientific and technological innovation and research and development of fruits in China during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period were reviewed,and the list of key tasks was put forward.
