摘要
柑橘果实色泽是衡量其商品价值的重要外观指标,而类胡萝卜素是柑橘成熟果实的主要呈色色素.柑橘果实类胡萝卜素成分复杂,而且在不同品种间、不同生长发育时期以及不同组织间存在较大差异,从而导致柑橘果实呈现不同色泽.从柑橘果实类胡萝卜素概述、代谢途径、合成的关键基因及影响柑橘果实类胡萝卜素代谢的环境因素和转录因子等方面进行综述,并展望柑橘果实类胡萝卜素有待深入研究的方向,以期为相关研究者提供参考.
Abstract
Citrus fruit color is an important external indicator of citrus commercial value,and carotenoids are the main pigment of mature citrus fruit.The composition of carotenoids in citrus fruit is complex and varies greatly among different varieties,growth stages,and tissues,resulting in different colors of citrus fruit.This paper reviewed the carotenoids profile,metabolic pathways,key genes of synthesis,environmental factors and transcription factors affecting carotenoids metabolism in citrus fruit,and looks forward to the directions for further research on carotenoids in citrus fruit,in order to provide reference for relevant researchers.
