云南柑橘果面瑕疵成因研究进展

云南省作为全国特色柑橘生产区,柑橘产业发展迅速,但果面瑕疵引起的外观品质不佳问题十分突出,严重制约云南省柑橘产业的发展.跟踪调查了造成云南省柑橘果面瑕疵的影响因子,明确了造成柑橘果面瑕疵缺陷的原因有病害、虫害、机械损伤、化学因素(药害)等,同时明确了发生(危害)时期及果面瑕疵的特征.结合实地调研和文献查阅,从农业防治、化学防治、物理防治、生物防治等方面提出了综合防治措施,以供产区生产实践参考,为云南省高颜值柑橘安全生产提供技术支持.
Research progress on causes of citrus fruit surface blemishes in Yunnan Province
As a national characteristic citrus production area,the citrus industry in Yunnan Province has developed rapidly.However,the problem of poor appearance quality caused by fruit surface blemishes is very prominent,which seriously restricts the development of citrus industry in Yunnan Province.In this paper,the influence factors of citrus fruit surface blemishes in Yunnan Province were investigated,and the causes of citrus fruit surface blemishes were identified as diseases,insect pests,mechanical damage,chemical factors(drug damage),etc.At the same time,the occurrence(harm)period and the characteristics of fruit surface blemishes were defined.Combined with field investigation and literature review,comprehensive control measures were put forward from agricultural control,chemical control,physical control and biological control,so as to provide reference for production practice in producing areas and provide technical support for the high appearance level safe production of citrus in Yunnan Province.
