Evaluation on fruit quality diversity of Actinidia argutagermplasm resources in different regions of Heilongjiang Province
To reveal the diversity of phenotypes and quality traits of Actinidia arguta from Heilongjiang Province, this paper took germplasm resources in 9 regions as the research object, and used the methods of variance analysis, correlation analysis, and cluster analysis to carry out statistics and analysis on 21 fruit phenotypes and quality traits. The results showed that the phenotypic characters of fruit were significantly different among and within regions. The average weight of a single fruit is 9.31 g,with Shuangyashan and Dongcun of Mudanjiang having the heaviest fruits. The coefficient of variation of fruit phenotypic traits ranges from 10.74%to 25.67%,the variability in single fruit quality was the highest, while that in fruit lateral diameter was the lowest. There are significant differences in 16 quality indicators, including soluble solids, vitamin C,calcium and potassium content and so on,among different regions. The coefficient of variation ranges from 4.50%to 27.94%,vitamin C,calcium, phosphorus and magnesium content was more than 20%.The variation of fruit phenotypes and quality traits among provenances was greater than that within regions. The results of correlation analysis showed that most phenotypic traits had significant or extremely significant correlation, and there was also a universal correlation between quality traits, but the correlation between quality traits and phenotypic traits was small. The results of cluster analysis showed that the 9 regions tested were divided into 3 categories, and targeted variety selection and genetic improvement can be carried out based on the characteristics of different categories. In conclusion, there is rich genetic diversity in fruit phenotypes and quality traits of A.argutafrom Heilongjiang Province, which provides breeding materials for the selection of A.argutavarieties and germplasm innovation in cold regions.
