叶面喷施营养元素与植物生长调节剂对桑葚的影响

明确叶面喷施营养元素与植物生长调节剂对桑葚落果、果实外观品质及生理特性的影响,为营养元素和植物生长调节剂在桑葚上的实际应用提供参考依据.分别在初花期、盛花期和末花期叶面喷施倍珈美(T1)、流体钙(T2)、KH2PO4(T3)、中微量元素肥(T4)、优立锌(T5)、2,4-D(T6)、对氯苯氧乙酸(T7)、NAA(T8)、芸苔素内酯+KH2PO4+GA(T9),以喷施清水为对照(CK).在处理结束后 5~32 d调查落果数量;在处理后第 20d收集正常发育的果实,测定其外观品质(单果重、纵径、横径、果形指数、果实硬度)、内源激素(IAA、GA、CTK、ABA)含量、酶(SOD、POD、PPO、PAL、CAT)活性以及矿质元素(全N、全P、全K、Ca、Mg)含量.结果表明,T7 处理在调查时间范围内落果率为 0,保果效果最佳;其次是T5 处理,落果率峰值出现的时间比CK晚 9d,累计落果率比CK低 81.33%;T9 处理后 11d达到落果率峰值,累计落果率比CK高 49.21%,处理后 17d果实落光;T8 处理与CK均在处理后17d达到落果率峰值;其余 5 个处理均有不同程度的落果,落果率峰值出现的时间均比CK晚 3 d.T5 处理对果实外观品质的影响不显著;T7 处理的果实横径、硬度分别比CK大 17.12%、83.92%,且差异显著;其余处理整体有降低果实外观品质的趋势.T3、T4、T8 处理均显著提高了果实 4 种内源激素含量,但其IAA/ABA、(IAA+GA+CTK)/ABA比值均低于CK;T5、T7 处理显著提高了果实IAA、ABA含量,但降低了GA/ABA、CTK/ABA、(IAA+GA+CTK)/ABA比值;T6 处理显著提高了果实GA、CTK、ABA含量,但其IAA含量略低于CK.T5、T7 处理显著增强了果实SOD、PPO、CAT活性;T6 处理显著降低了果实SOD、POD、PAL、CAT活性.T6 处理显著降低了果实全N、全K、Ca、Mg含量,其余处理均显著提高了果实Ca含量,其中T5、T7 处理的果实Ca含量均较高,其全N、全K、Mg含量整体较为居中,全P含量均偏低.因此,叶面喷施 0.25 mL/L Zn元素和 10 mg/L对氯苯氧乙酸处理可有效降低桑葚落果率,稳定或提升果实外观品质,生产上可用作长果桑保果措施.
Effects of foliar spraying nutrient elements and plant growth regulators on mulberry
Clarify the effects of foliar spraying nutrient elements and plant growth regulators on fruit fall,appearance quality and physiological characteristics of mulberry fruit,and provide a reference for the practical application of nutrient elements and plant growth regulators on mulberry fruit.Beijiamei(T1),fluid Ca(T2),KH2 PO4(T3),secondary and micro-element fertilizers(T4),Youlixin(T5),2,4-D(T6),4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid(T7),NAA(T8),brassinolide+KH2 PO4+GA(T9)was carried out at the initial flowering stage,full flowering stage and final flowering stage,with water control.The number of falling fruit was investigated from 5 days to 32 days after treatment.Normal fruits were collected and their appearance quality(single fruit weight,longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter,fruit shape index,fruit hardness),endogenous hormones(IAA,GA,CTK,ABA)content,enzyme(SOD,POD,PPO,PAL,CAT)activity and mineral elements(total N,total P,total K,Ca,Mg)content were measured at 20 days after treatment.The results showed that the fruit drop rate of T7 treatment was 0 within the survey time range,and the fruit preservation effect was the best.Secondly,in the T5 treatment,the peak fruit drop rate occurred 9 days later than that of CK,and the cumulative fruit drop rate was 81.33%lower than that of CK.The peak fruit drop rate reached 11 days after T9 treatment,and the cumulative fruit drop rate was 49.21%higher than that of CK,and the fruit fell 17 days after treatment.Both T8 treatment and CK reached the peak fruit drop rate at 17 days after treatment.The other five treatments all had different degrees of fruit drop,and the peak time of fruit drop rate was later than that of CK.The appearance quality of the fruit under T6 treatment was lower than that of CK.T5 treatment had no significant effect on fruit appearance quality.The transverse diameter and hardness of T7 treatment were 17.12%and 83.92%larger than those of CK,respectively,and the difference was significant.The rest of the treatments tended to reduce the appearance quality of the fruit as a whole.T3,T4 and T8 treatments significantly increased the contents of four hormones,but the IAA/ABA and(IAA+GA+CTK)/ABA ratios in the fruits were lower than those of CK.T5 and T7 treatments significantly increased the contents of IAA and ABA in fruits,but decreased the ratio of GA/ABA,CTK/ABA and(IAA+GA+CTK)/ABA in fruits.T6 treatment significantly increased the contents of GA,CTK and ABA in fruits,but the IAA content was slightly lower than that of CK.T5 and T7 treatments significantly enhanced the activities of SOD,PPO and CAT in fruits.T6 treatment significantly reduced the activities of SOD,POD,PAL and CAT in fruits.T6 treatment significantly decreased the contents of total N,total K,Ca and Mg,and the other treatments significantly increased the Ca content of fruits,among which the Ca content of T5 and T7 treatments was higher,and the total N,total K and Mg contents were relatively middle,and the total P content was low.Therefore,foliar spraying of 0.25 mL/L Zn and 10 mg/L 4-chlorophenoxyacetic acid can effectively reduce the fruit drop rate of mulberry and stabilize or improve the appearance quality of fruit.
