富平柿饼气候品质评价模型研究

为了助力富平柿饼气候品质评价工作,提升市场竞争力,根据 1992-2022 年富平气象观测站逐日气象数据、生育期资料和品质检测结果,应用专家决策法、百分位数法和加权求和法,确定关键生育期气象指标的阈值范围和权重系数,建立富平柿饼气候品质评价模型,并对 2023 年富平柿饼进行气候品质评价.结果表明,尖柿芽体萌动期至展叶期日照时数、平均气温、≥10℃积温、降水量,花期日照时数、平均气温、降水量和果实膨大期日照时数、气温日较差、降水量是影响柿饼气候品质的关键指标.将柿饼气候品质指数划分为特优(≥2.2)、优(1.8~2.2)、良(1.5~1.8)和一般(<1.5),通过典型年验证法发现构建的气候品质模型评价结果与生产实际相吻合,能定量化地反映气象条件对柿饼气候品质的影响.2023 年富平柿饼气候品质指数为 1.82,等级为"优".
Study on climate quality evaluation model of Fuping dried persimmon
In order to help Fuping dried persimmon climate quality evaluation and enhance market competitiveness,climate quality evaluation model of Fuping dried persimmon was established,based on the daily meteorological data of Fuping meteorological station from 1992 to 2022,growth period data and quality test results.Threshold range and weight coefficients of each meteorological index in key growth periods were determined by expert decision method,percentile method and weighted sum method.And the climate quality of Fuping dried persimmon in 2023 was evaluated with the model.Results show that,sunshine duration,average temperature,≥10℃accumulated temperature,precipitation during bud opening and leaf spreading period,sunshine duration,average temperature and precipitation during flowering period,and sunshine duration,daily temperature range and precipitation during fruit expansion period of persimmon,are the key indexes affecting the climatic quality of dried persimmon.The climate quality index of dried persimmon were graded as superior(≥2.2),excellent(1.8~2.2),good(1.5~1.8)and average(<1.5).Through the typical year test method,it was found that the evaluation results of the constructed climate quality model were basically consistent with the actual production,which could quantitatively reflect the influence of meteorological conditions on the dried persimmon quality.The climate quality index of Fuping dried persimmon produced in 2023 was 1.82,and the grade was"excellent".
