摘要

DNA分子标记技术利用DNA序列的多态性来鉴别物种和品种,能够直接反映遗传变异,不受生长环境和发育阶段的限制,特别适合果树类多年生植物.该技术具有简单、准确、可靠、稳定和经济等优点,已成为植物育种的重要辅助手段.猕猴桃遗传多样性研究中常用的分子标记技术包括RFLP、AFLP、RAPD、SSR、ISSR、SRAP、SNPs、SCoT等.综述了这些分子标记技术的原理及其在猕猴桃遗传多样性分析中的应用,旨在为选择合适的物种鉴定技术提供参考,为猕猴桃育种提供理论基础.

Abstract

DNA molecular marker technology utilizes the polymorphism of DNA sequences to identify species and varieties,reflecting genetic variation directly without being limited by growth environments or developmental stages,making it particularly suitable for perennial plants such as fruit trees.This technology is characterized by its simplicity,accuracy,reliability,stability,and cost-effectiveness,and has become an important auxiliary means in plant breeding.Common molecular marker techniques used in kiwifruit genetic diversity research include RFLP,AFLP,RAPD,SSR,ISSR,SRAP,SNPs and SCoT.This review summarizes the principles of these molecular marker techniques and their application in the analysis of kiwifruit genetic diversity,aiming to provide a reference for selecting appropriate species identification techniques and to provide a theoretical basis for kiwifruit breeding.
