四川省猕猴桃溃疡病主要防控技术与应用情况调研初报

猕猴桃是四川省乃至我国重要的经济作物之一,由丁香假单胞杆菌猕猴桃致病变种(Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae,Psa)造成的猕猴桃细菌性溃疡病在各产区的大暴发给猕猴桃产业带来了严重威胁.为了解四川省不同产区猕猴桃溃疡病的主要防治措施和应用情况,通过实地调研与问卷形式对全省现有溃疡病防治技术种类、主推技术防治效果及防治措施(植保)贡献等进行了调查和分析.结果表明,四川省猕猴桃溃疡病现有防治技术包括10种,其中主推技术为抗病品种利用技术、"两前两后"精准施药技术及溃疡病绿色防控技术3种.抗病品种利用技术平均每年667 m2防治成本为1 000元,不同品种利用后的平均相对防效和每667 m2收益差异较大,最高分别为100.00%和2.16万元;"两前两后"精准施药技术可操作性强,不受产区和品种限制,应用范围广,平均每年667 m2防治成本为848元,平均相对防效为81.58%,持续防治2年便可显著降低发病率并恢复产量,667 m2收益为1.61万元;绿色防控技术平均每年667 m2防控成本为2 500元,667 m2收益为2.88万元,且该技术对不同发病程度及不同树龄的果园均具有较好防控效果;除主推技术外的其他措施,均为局部分布或小范围试验,不同技术间的防效差异也较大,其可推广前景有待进一步验证.
A preliminary study on main control technology and application of kiwifruit bacterial canker disease in Sichuan Province
Kiwifruit is one of the significant economic crops in Sichuan Province and China.The disease had caused a serious threat to the kiwifruit industry in the various areas by Pseudomonas syringae pv.actinidiae(Psa)in Sichuan.The purpose of this study was to find out the main technical measures and their application effects to control kiwifruit bacterial canker disease through field surveys and questionnaires in Sichuan Province.The results showed that there were ten control measures for kiwifruit bacterial canker disease in Sichuan,but only three were effective.They were disease-resistant utilization(cultivating disease-resistant varieties),the"two before and two after"key prevention and control technique,and green prevention-control technique.Cultivating disease-resistant variety had been widely applied,with an average annual control cost of 1,000 yuan per 667 m2.The control efficacy and economic gains differed considerably in varieties,with the highest being 100.00%and annual benefits of 21,600 yuan per 667 m2.The"two before and two after"key prevention and control technique costed only 848 yuan per 667 m2,which was the lowest,and the average relative control effect was 81.58%.The measure was highly operable and not limited by the planting area and variety,with a wide range of applications.By continuously applying the measure for 2 years,the disease incidence rate could be effectively reduced and yield significantly increased,with an economic benefit of 16,100 yuan per 667 m2.The green prevention-control technique costed 2,500 yuan,and an average annual income of 28,800 yuan per 667 m2.Its economic benefits were significantly higher than other measures.The measure had improved prevention and control effects on orchards with severe disease and older trees in different areas.All the other technical measures except the three main techniques were local distribution or small scale application,and the effects of different measures were very different from each other,and their popularization prospect needs to he further verified.
