摘要
果品地理标志、新品种权作为农业知识产权的重要组成部分,在助力果品产业提质增效、品牌创造、农民增收等方面发挥了积极作用.以地理标志、植物新品种权为视角,分析广西果品农产品地理标志和地理标志产品登记数量、品种、地域分布、品牌声誉及价值,新品种权申请数量、授权数量及品种类型等情况,总结广西果品知识产权保护现状.针对广西果品产业存在地理标志种植盲目跟风、品牌创建力度和宣传力度不足、重申报轻使用、特色资源挖掘不够、知识产权保护意识薄弱等问题提出发展对策.
Abstract
As an important component of agricultural intellectual property rights,geographical indications and new variety rights of fruits have played a positive role in helping the fruit industry improve quality and efficiency,create brands,and increase farmers'income.This article analyzes the registration quantity,variety,regional distribution,brand reputation and value of geographical indication agricultural products and geographical indication products in Guangxi from the perspective of geographical indications and new variety rights.It also summarizes the current situation of intellectual property protection for fruits in Guangxi,including the number of applications for new variety rights,the number of authorizations,and the type of varieties.Propose development strategies to address the problems of blindly following the trend of geographical indication planting,insufficient brand creation and promotion,reiterating the importance of light use,insufficient exploration of characteristic resources,and weak awareness of intellectual property protection in Guangxi's fruit industry.
