梨轮纹病是一种真菌性病害,是目前我国梨树上较为严重的病害之一,每年对梨果的产量和品质造成非常严重的影响,阻碍了果树产业的发展。培育抗病品种是防治该病害最根本有效的措施。随着分子生物学的发展,很多学者对梨轮纹病的抗性机制进行了研究,目前普遍认为梨和苹果的轮纹病抗性基因大多数都与水杨酸的代谢通路相关。综合近年来的文献资料,对梨轮纹病的病原、致病机制与抗病机理、不同种质资源的抗性评价、轮纹病抗性的遗传规律以及轮纹病的防治方法等进行综述,重点对抗轮纹病的分子机制、抗性基因的定位与挖掘等进行介绍,以期为梨轮纹病抗病育种、抗性相关基因定位与挖掘、抗病相关分子标记开发和轮纹病的综合防控提供更为科学的依据。
Research progress on pear ring rot disease
Pear ring rot is a fungal disease,which is one of the most serious diseases on pear trees in China.It has a very serious impact on the yield and quality of pear fruit every year,and has hindered the development of fruit industry.Breeding resistant varieties is the most fundamental and effective measure to control the disease.With the development of molecular biology,many scholars have studied the resistance mechanism of pear ring rot disease.It is generally believed that most of the resistance genes of pear and apple are related to the metabolic pathway of salicylic acid.In this paper,based on the literature in recent years,the etiology,pathogenic mechanism and resistance mechanism,resistance evaluation of different germplasm resources,genetic rule of resistance and prevention methods of pear ring rot disease were reviewed,focusing on the molecular mechanism of resistance against pear ring rot disease,and the localization and mining of resistance genes.In order to provide a more scientific basis for breeding for resistance,mapping and mining of resistance-related genes,development of resistance-related molecular markers and comprehensive prevention and control of pear ring rot disease.
