Analysis of PpTTG1s gene family based on TBtools ornamental peach anthocyanin regulation
This study uses the'Zhongyoutao 14'germplasm as a reference genome and employs bioinformatics tools to systematically analyze PpTTG1s gene family in the ornamental peach. It help us to obtain a comprehensive grasp of the regulatory mechanism of this gene family in the developing of blossom color. The structural characteristics and protein sequences of the fourteen PpTTG1s family members indicated that every member has the WD40 conserved structural domain, indicating that they might have similar roles in the processes involving of anthocyanin synthesis and plant growth and development. The distribution and evolutionary relationship of PpTTG1s on chromosomes were determined by chromosomal localization and covariance analysis, which also revealed some covariance with the TTG1s gene family in Arabidopsis. The inclusion of the low-temperature response element LTR and an abundance of MYB and G-Box(bHLH)elements in the promoter analysis further confirmed the significance of the PpTTG1s gene family in the regulation of flower color development. In a word, understanding the mechanism of ornamental peach color regulation and improving varieties are positively impacted by the information and possible candidate genes offered by this study.
