盛花后第52天对树上干杏果实喷施不同浓度乙烯利,于果实采收前、贮藏期测定品质.结果表明:在处理后第12天,喷施200 mg/L乙烯利的果实品质综合评价最优,单果重、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、糖酸比分别较CK增加6.54%、16.82%、27.79%、57.11%,硬度、可滴定酸含量分别较CK降低33.59%、14.08%;喷施200 mg/L乙烯利的果实在贮藏期品质综合评价最优,失重率、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、糖酸比分别较CK增加19.99%、21.04%、28.88%、130.16%,硬度、可滴定酸含量分别较CK 降低 29.30%、43.36%.
Effects of pre-harvest spraying ethephon on fruit quality and storage characteristics of'Shushanggan'apricot
Different concentrations of ethephon were sprayed on'Shushanggan'apricot fruit on the tree on the 52nd day after full bloom,and the quality of the fruit was measured before harvest and during storage.The results showed that the fruit sprayed with 200 mg/L ethephon had the best comprehensive quality evaluation at harvest.The single fruit weight,soluble solids content,soluble sugar content and sugar-acid ratio increased by 6.54%,16.82%,27.79%and 57.1 1%,respectively,compared with CK.The hardness and titratable acid content decreased by 33.59%and 14.08%,respectively,compared with CK.The fruit sprayed with 200 mg/L ethephon had the best comprehensive evaluation of quality during storage.The weight loss rate,soluble solids content,soluble sugar content,and sugar-acid ratio increased by 19.99%,21.04%,28.88%and 130.16%,respectively,compared with CK.The hardness and titratable acid content decreased by 29.30%and 43.36%,respectively,compared with CK.
