同一立地条件下不同叶型野生欧李抗旱性研究

在自然干旱条件下,以同一立地条件下不同叶型的沟底宽叶和沟底窄叶野生欧李为试验材料,通过测定2种不同叶型野生欧李的叶片相对含水量、相对电导率、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性、脯氨酸含量6种生理生化指标来探究欧李的抗旱性。根据抗旱性指标隶属函数值综合评价,沟底宽叶野生欧李隶属函数值为0。43,沟底窄叶野生欧李隶属函数值为0。58,沟底窄叶欧李的抗旱性要明显强于沟底宽叶欧李的抗旱性。根据对不同叶型野生欧李抗旱性研究,为深入开展欧李种质资源选种和种质资源创新奠定基础。
Study on drought resistance of wild Cerasus humilis with different leaf shapes under the same site conditions
Under the condition of natural drought,the drought resistance of wild Cerasus humilis with different leaf types was investigated by measuring the relative water content,relative electrical conductivity,chlorophyll content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and proline content of leaves of these two different leaf types.According to the membership function value of drought resistance index,the membership function value of wide-leaved wild Cerasus humilis at gully bottom was 0.43 and that of narrow-leaved wild Cerasus humilis at gully bottom was 0.58.The results showed that the drought resistance of narrow-leaved Cerasus humilis was obviously stronger than that of wide-leaved Cerasus humilis.The study on drought resistance of wild Cerasus humilis with different leaf types provided biological basis and basis for further germplasm resource selection and germplasm resource innovation of Cerasus humilis.
