摘要

对15年生佳绿软枣猕猴桃沟施硅肥,以八成熟坚硬果实为试验材料,在室温及低温下贮藏,以贮藏时间、果实硬度、果实可溶性固形物含量及果实抗氧化活性等为对象进行调查,结果表明,沟施硅肥能够提高果实硬度,降低果实腐烂速度,延长果实贮藏时间,提高果实品质.

Abstract

In this experiment silicon fertilizer was applied by trenching,and eighty percent-mature hard fruits were stored at room temperature and low temperature respectively from 15-year-old Actinidia arguta'Jialü'trees,the storage time,hardness,soluble solids content and antioxidant activity of fruits were investigated.The results showed that the application of silicon fertilizer by trenching could improve fruit hardness,reduce the rate of fruit decay,prolong the storage time of the fruit,and improve the fruit quality.
