避雨栽培对福建山地枇杷物候期及产量品质的影响

为明确福建省山地枇杷避雨栽培的必要性和可行性,以东湖早、贵妃枇杷为试材,以露地栽培为对照,对福建省山地枇杷露地栽培与避雨栽培的微环境、生物学特性、果实品质、矿质元素含量、生产效益等进行比较分析。结果表明:与露地栽培相比,避雨栽培设施内日平均气温、空气相对湿度均升高,分别是露地栽培的1。24、1。05倍,光照强度降低,仅为露地栽培的80%;避雨设施为枇杷提供了相对稳定的栽培环境,避雨栽培枇杷果实品质和产量均提高,成熟期提前1周左右;东湖早、贵妃枇杷可溶性固形物含量分别提高3。29%、15。31%,可滴定酸含量分别降低8。16%、7。84%,平均667 m2产量分别提高11。09%、2。48%,商品果率分别是露地栽培模式下的1。09、1。03倍。避雨栽培枇杷抗病性、抗逆性总体优于露地栽培,与露地栽培相比,避雨栽培东湖早枇杷炭疽病发病率、皱果率、裂果率分别降低了 14。93%、66。75%、42。83%,锈斑病指数增加了 35。60%;贵妃枇杷炭疽病发病率、皱果率、裂果率分别降低了12。92%、33。21%、33。30%,锈斑病指数增加了 20。81%。枇杷果肉矿质元素含量分析结果表明,避雨栽培枇杷果肉K、Mg、Ca、Fe、B含量均显著高于露地栽培,Cu、Mn、Ba、T1含量则均显著低于露地栽培,避雨栽培内枇杷果实品质更佳。山地枇杷避雨栽培经济效益佳,与露地栽培相比,东湖早枇杷每667 m2增加利润5 529。95元,贵妃枇杷每667 m2增加利润4 836。50元,在福建地区可适度推广。
Effects of rain shelter cultivation on phenology,yield and quality of loquat in mountainous areas of Fujian Province
To determine the necessity and feasibility of loquat rain shelter cultivation in mountainous areas of Fujian Province.With'Donghuzao'and'Guifei'loquat as the material and open field cultivation as the control,a comparative study was carried out on the microenvironment,biological characteristics,fruit quality,mineral content and production efficiency of loquat in mountainous areas of Fujian Province.The results showed that compared with the open field cultivation,the microenvironment of loquat in the shed changed,the average air temperature and relative humidity increased by 1.24 times and 1.05 times,respectively,and the light intensity decreased by only 80%of the open field.The rain shelter facilities provided a relatively stable cultivation environment for loquat.The fruit quality and yield of loquat in the shed were improved,and the maturity stage was about 1 week earlier.The soluble solid content of'Donghuzao'and'Guifei'under rain protection cultivation was 3.29%and 15.31%higher,the titrable acid content was 8.16%and 7.84%lower,the average per 667 m2 yield was 11.09%and 2.48%higher,and the commercial fruit rate was 1.09 times and 1.03 times of that under open cultivation mode,respectively.The disease resistance and stress resistance were better than that of open field cultivation.Compard with open field cultivation,the anthracnose incidence,wrinkled fruit rate and cracked fruit rate of'Donghuzao'loquat under rain protection cultivation were reduced by 14.93%,66.75%,42.83%,the rust spot index were increased by 35.60%.'Guifei'loquat the anthracnose incidence,wrinkled fruit rate and cracked fruit rate were reduced by 12.92%,33.21%,33.30%,the rust spot index were increased by 20.81%respectively.The results of mineral element content analysis in loquat pulp showed that the contents of K,Mg,Ca,Fe,B in loquat pulp under rainfed cultivation were significantly higher than those under open cultivation,while the contents of Cu,Mn,Ba,Tl were significantly lower than those under open cultivation.The fruit quality of loquat under rainfed cultivation was better.Mountain loquat rain shelter facilities have good economic benefits,compared with open field cultivation,'Donghuzao'increased profit by 5 529.95 yuan per 667 m2,and'Guifei'increased profit by 4 836.50 yuan per 667 m2.The rain shelter cultivation model of loquat can be moderately promoted in Fujian.
