摘要
新质生产力正成为推动经济社会高质量发展的关键驱动力,葡萄酒产业领域需要新质生产力的重要实践以实现高质量发展.运用文献综述、比较分析与理论建构的方法,从高科技、高效能、高质量、可持续4个维度详细解读葡萄酒产业新质生产力的内涵,揭示其在知识基础、技术创新、质量控制和服务模式上的革新.构建了涵盖指导思想、基本原则、理论基础、主要研究内容和支撑体系的理论框架,在此基础上,提出了新酿造技术、设备与工艺的改进、产业可持续发展与全球化市场竞争策略四大研究内容,以及工程、技术、制度、管理四方面的实施路径.
Abstract
New quality productive forces is becoming the key driving force for high-quality economic and social development,and important practices of new quality productive forces are needed in the field of the wine industry to achieve high-quality development.Using methods of literature review,comparative analysis,and theoretical construction,this paper interprets the connotation of new quality productive forces in the wine industry in detail from four dimensions:high technology,high efficiency,high quality,and sustainability,revealing its innovation in knowledge base,technological innovation,quality control,and service mode.A theoretical framework covering guiding ideology,basic principles,theoretical foundation,research content,and support system is constructed.On this basis,four major research contents are proposed,including new brewing technology,improvement of equipment and processes,sustainable development of the industry,and global market competition strategies,as well as implementation paths in engineering,technology,system,and management.
