数字经济背景下企业高质量发展的困境与应对

数据大经济时代的来临带动了我国国内国际双循环相互促进,并推动了我国实体经济与数字技术的深度融合发展,为我国实体经济创造了更为优越的创新环境.在数字经济大背景下,大量传统企业借助数字经济,为实现自身高质量发展不断向数字化转型.但在企业数字化转型的浪潮中,由于企业之间的认知、规模以及各方面硬性条件不同,导致其面对数字化转型时出现了分化.同时,因现有企业数据产权边界模糊和产权保护力度不足的原因,企业数据产权得不到应有的管理和保障,必然会阻碍企业数字化转型的效率.对此,文章建议通过调整政府的扶持政策、鼓励企业自身培养数字技术人才以及对不同类型的企业数据分类讨论产权保护模式等方式,为企业数据产权保护和企业数字化转型成功提供全方面的保障.
Abstract
The advent of the era of big data economy has spurred the mutual promotion of domestic and international dual cycles in China,facilitating the deep integration of the country's real economy with digital technology and creating a superior innovation environment.Against the backdrop of the digital economy,many traditional enterprises are leveraging digital transformation to achieve high-quality development.However,within the wave of enterprise digital transformation,disparities in cognition,scale,and various rigid conditions among enterprises have led to differentiation in their approach to digital transformation.Moreover,inadequate clarity and protection of enterprise data property rights hinder efficient digital transformation.To address these issues,this paper recommends adjusting government support policies,encouraging enterprises to cultivate digital technology talents internally,and discussing property rights protection models tailored to different types of enterprise data,aiming to comprehensively safeguard enterprise data property rights and ensure the success of digital transformation.
