Under the general trend of actively promoting the transformation and upgrading of economic structure in all parts of the country,the ice and snow economy,as an emerging industry,has gradually shown great development potential and market prospects.Heilongjiang Province,with its unique ice and snow resources,is in a critical period of high-quality development of ice and snow economy.On the basis of a comprehensive combination and analysis of the current situation of ice and snow economy development in Heilongjiang Province,the challenges facing the high-quality development of ice and snow economy in Heilongjiang Province are clarified.Combined with the operation mode and characteristics of the new organizational structure,the value net,the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and operation of the ice and snow value net are put forward to help the high-quality development of the ice and snow economy.
