摘要
本文从新质生产力视角探讨"一带一路"倡议的实践路径与机制创新,分析其在数字化、绿色化、智能化发展中的特征及在基础设施建设、数字经济、文化科技融合等领域的应用路径.新质生产力视角为"一带一路"倡议的高质量发展提供了重要驱动力.在数字化、绿色化的引领下,"一带一路"倡议实现了资源的优化配置与技术共享,推动了全球价值链重组和生态可持续发展.研究表明,新质生产力为"一带一路"建设提供了驱动力,并通过机制创新推动高质量发展和全球化治理模式优化,仅供参考.
Abstract
This paper discusses the practice path and mechanism innovation of the"Belt and Road"Initiative from the perspective of new quality productive forces,and analyzes its characteristics in digital,green and intelligent development,as well as its application path in the fields of infrastructure construction,digital economy,cultural and technology integration and other fields.The perspective provides an important driver for the high-quality development of the"Belt and Road"Initiative.Under the guidance of digitalization and greening,the"Belt and Road"Initiative has realized the optimal allocation of resources and technology sharing,and promoted the restructuring of global value chains and ecological sustainable development.The research shows that the new quality productivity provides a driving force for the construction of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,and promotes the high-quality development and the optimization of the global governance model through mechanism innovation.
