摘要
数字技术作为推动数字经济发展的关键引擎,越来越受到各种企业尤其是供应链企业的高度重视.如何将数字技术应用到企业的日常经营管理中,从而提升企业的管理效能,是当前供应链企业面前的一项重大课题.本文以京东公司为例,分析数字技术如何赋能其管理效能提升,探讨数字技术运用中的相关挑战及应对策略,以期在国家推动数字经济发展的大环境下,为供应链企业打造优质、高效的供应链提供有益参考.
Abstract
As a pivotal engine driving the development of the digital economy,digital technology has garnered increasing attention from various enterprises,especially those in the supply chain sector.A paramount challenge confronting supply chain enterprises lies in how to integrate digital technology into their daily operations and management to enhance their management efficiency.Taking JD.com as an exemplar,this paper analyzes how digital technology empowers the elevation of its management efficiency and delves into the associated challenges and countermeasures in the application of digital technology.It aims to provide valuable insights for supply chain enterprises to forge a high-quality and efficient supply chain amid the national drive for digital economy development.
