The Impact of Digital Transformation on Circulation Enterprise Performance——A Case Study of Southern Jiangsu
This article provides an in-depth exploration of the digital transformation of circulation enterprises in the Southern Jiangsu region under the context of the digital economy.Through the use of management theories,literature review,and empirical analysis,the article reveals the key role of digital transformation in enhancing enterprise performance.The findings reveal that digital transformation not only markedly enhances enterprise performance but also nurtures the development of dynamic capabilities,which mediate the relationship between transformation and performance.Moreover,environmental uncertainty emerges as a modulating factor,influencing the success of the transformation.Consequently,to propel high-quality development,enterprises must embark on a deepened digital transformation strategy,fortify dynamic capabilities,sharpen market responsiveness and innovation,forge competitive advantages,and adeptly navigate environmental uncertainties.
