Research on the Construction of Bacterial Management System for Animal Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Laboratory
As a fundamental task,the preservation and management of antimicrobial-resistant bacteria has important biosecurity and resource security significance.In order to properly preserve the bacteria accumulated from animal antimicrobial resistance surveillance,a strains management system for monitoring laboratory was established.The system consists of low-temperature storage equipment,special frozen storage consumables,scanning device and information management software.The security management of antimicrobial-resistant strains by this system from the perspectives of strain storage location,information data and usage process control effectively improves the efficiencies of strain management and resource utilization in the laboratory.It plays a positive role in ensuring strain safety,information security and biological security,and preventing the loss of data resources and biological resources.It will provide important support for the reserve,development and utilization of antimicrobial-resistant strains.
