Determination of Visual Detection of Enrofloxacin in Honey by Nano Gold Nanoparticles Nucleic Acid Aptamer
To establish a method for the visual detection of enrofloxacin in honey by nano-gold-nucleic acid aptamer.First, the reduction method was used to synthesize gold nanoparticles(AuNPs),and the experimental principle was verified by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, the experimental conditions were optimized, and the relationship between the concentration of enrofloxacin and the absorbance value at a specific wavelength was established. At the same time, the specificity of the method was verified. The linear regression equation obtained at low concentration was y =0.6377x+0.89495,R2 =0.99026,and the detection limit of the method is 0.018 μg/mL;At high concentration, the linear regression equation obtained was y = 0.04288x+0·95578,R2 =0·99812,and the detection limit of the method is 0.265 μg/mL.In addition to detecting enrofloxacin, the method has certain specificity. The recovery of actual samples of enrofloxacin was 95.5%-97.8%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 10%.The method was convenient and simple to operate, low cost, short detection time, and can be used for rapid quantitative detection of enrofloxacin in honey.
