Study on Antipyretic Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Andrographolide Sulfonate Injection
In order to explore the antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of andrographolide sulfonide injection,SD rats and KM mice were randomly divided into blank group, positive drug andrographis injection group, and andrographolide sulfonide injection high-,medium-and low-dose groups. The antipyretic effect of dry yeast induced by subcutaneous injection was explored in rats, the analgesic effect of glacial acetic acid induced by twisting body in mice, and the anti-inflammatory effect of xylene-induced ear swelling in mice and λ-carrageenan-induced foot swelling in rats. The results showed that andrographolide sulfonate injection could significantly inhibit the increase of anal temperature in febrile rats induced by dry yeast, significantly inhibit the pain caused by glacial acetic acid and reduce the number of twists, significantly reduce the ear swelling and reduce the swelling degree of mice caused by xylene, and significantly inhibit the foot swelling and reduce the swelling degree of rats induced by λ-carrageenan.It can be seen that andrographolide sulfonate injection has obvious antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
