犬细小病毒病防控技术研究进展

犬细小病毒(canine parvovirus,CPV)感染会导致典型的急性胃肠炎,出现呕吐、发热、白细胞显著减少和出血性腹泻等症状,常与犬瘟热病毒、犬冠状病毒等其他病毒混合感染.尽管进行了广泛的疫苗接种,但CPV仍然是导致犬死亡的主要原因,幼犬死亡率常大于 70%.通过对比不同类型CPV疫苗的不同特点及实际使用情况,同时分析免疫失败的原因,介绍目前诊断犬细小病毒病的主要方法及近年来取得的技术进步,对犬细小病毒病防控技术研究进展进行了综述,为犬细小病毒病的免疫、诊断及防控提供参考.
Advances in Prevention and Control Techniques for Canine Parvovirus Disease
Canine parvovirus infection can cause typical acute gastroenteritis symptoms,including vomiting,fever,significant leukopenia and bloody diarrhea.It is often co-infected with canine distemper and canine coronavirus.Despite widespread vaccination,it remains a leading cause of death in dogs,with mortality rates often greater than 70%in young dogs.In this paper,the research progress of prevention and control technology for canine parvovirus disease were reviewed,including the characteristics of various CPV vaccines,their practical use,and the the reasons for the failure of immunization.Meanwhile,main diagnostic methods and technical progress made in recent years were also introduced to provide reference for the immunization,diagnosis,prevention and control of canine parvovirus disease.
