动物源细菌耐药性监测实验室菌株的管理与使用是一项基础性工作,对监测过程和数据的有效性起到至关重要的作用,更有助于保障生物安全和资源安全.为正确管理和使用监测实验室菌株,对质控菌株、质控储备菌株、质控工作菌株、分离菌株、菌株相关记录、菌株保藏、菌株使用、生物安全等方面进行了探讨分析,以期提高监测实验室菌株管理与使用工作的规范性、安全性,保障监测过程和数据的有效性.
Abstract
It is a fundamental task for the management and use of strains for antimicrobial resistance surveillance laboratory for animal-origin bacteria,which is not only of great significance for ensuring biosafety and resource security,but also plays a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of surveillance processes and data.In order to properly manage and use surveillance laboratory strains,this paper explores and analyzes aspects such as quality control strains,quality control reserve strains,quality control working strains,isolated strains,strain related records,strain preservation,strain use,and biosafety.The aim is to provide reference for improving the standardization and safety of surveillance laboratory strain management and use,and to ensure the effectiveness of the surveillance process and data.
