Investigation and Analysis of Anticoccidial Nicarbazine Residues in Eggs
As a broad-spectrum and efficient anticoccidial drug, nicarbazine is allowed to be added in commercial feed and breeding process, and has been widely used in broiler breeding currently. However, the drug is excreted slowly and remains in chicken tissues and eggs for a long time, bringing risks to veterinary public health and human health. In response to the problem of excessive nicarbazin residues in eggs, this paper adopts literature survey, fieldwork, experimental analysis and other methods to investigate feed production enterprises and breeding enterprises. The results showed that the feed contaminated by nicarbazine was the main cause of drug residues in eggs. This paper puts forward prevention and control measures to solve the problem of nicarbazin residues in eggs by combing and analyzing,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of laying hens breeding industry and ensure the food safety of eggs.
