Simultaneous Determination of Sulfamethazine Sodium and Trimethoprim in Compound Sulfadiazine Sodium Powder by HPLC
To establish an HPLC method for the Simultaneous determination of sulfamethazine sodium and trimethoprim in compound sulfadiazine sodium powder.The separation was developed on C18 column with water-acetonitrile-triethylamine(799∶200∶1)(pH 5.9)as mobile phase.The column temperature was 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength at 240 nm.The results showed that there were good linear relationships for sulfadiazine sodium and trimethoprim(respectively was r>0.999),the average recovery rate were 99.81%and 99.25%.The RSD of precision,stability and durability was all less than 2.0%,which met the requirements of method validation.This method is simple,stable,accurate,which could be used to the quality of compound sulfadiazine sodium powder.
