正交试验优选双葛止泻颗粒一步制粒工艺

本试验旨在优选双葛止泻颗粒一步制粒工艺,为双葛止泻颗粒研制与产业化提供理论依据.以浸膏的相对密度、进风温度、输液频率和雾化压力为考察因素,以合格颗粒的收率和休止角为综合评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验法,对双葛止泻颗粒一步制粒工艺进行优化,并进行三批工艺验证.结果显示,最优制粒参数为:浸膏的相对密度为1.20(70℃),进风温度为70℃,输液频率为4 Hz,雾化压力为0.15 MPa.结果表明,优选的双葛止泻颗粒一步制粒工艺稳定,重复性好,可用于工业化生产.
Optimization of One-step Granulating Process of Shuangge Zhixie Granules by Orthogonal Experiment
In order to optimize the one-step granulation process of Shuangge Zhixie granules and provide a theoretical basis for the production process of Shuangge Zhixie granules.This study utilized the ratio of qualified granules and angle of repose as evaluation indexes,designed L9(34)orthogonal experiment with four factors of relative density of liquids,inlet-air temperature,infusion frequency,and spray pressure of the extract are considered factors as evaluation indexes,with three parallel validation tests being conducted.The results showed that the optimum granulating parameters were as follows:the relative density of liquids was 1.20(70 ℃),the inlet-air temperature was 70 ℃,the infusion frequency was 4 Hz,and the spray pressure of the extract was 0.15 MPa.Thus,the optimized one-step granulating process of Shuangge Zhixie granules is stable,reproducible,and applicable for industrial production.
