This article compares and studies the similarities and differences between Veterinary Chinese Medicine(VCM)and Western Herbal Medicine(Botanical Drug),and analyzes the management policies of China,European countries and US in related fields.Exploring the internationalization development path of VCM,and the ways for VCM enters the European and American markets.The study proposes to adhere to the theory of Chinese Veterinary Medicine,tell the story of VCM well,and provide reference and guidance for global efforts to curb bacterial resistance.
