To establish an HPLC method to determine the relevant substances in veterinary water injection.Use Inertsil ODS-35 μm(4.6 mm × 250 mm) column;use 0.1％ potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjust pH with phospic acid to 2.5±0.1) as mobile phase A,acetonitrile as mobile phase B;gradient elution;detection wavelength is 251 nm.Results:The method has good specificity,stability,durability,reproducibility and high sensitivity.This method is suitable for the determination of related substances in animal water injection.
