摘要

建立一种HPLC法测定兽用穿琥宁注射液中的有关物质.采用Inertsil ODS-35μm(4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱;以0.1%磷酸二氢钾溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至2.5±0.1)为流动相A,以乙腈为流动相B,梯度洗脱;检测波长为251 nm.该方法专属性、稳定性、耐用性、重现性等良好,灵敏度高.该方法适用于兽用穿琥宁注射液中有关物质的测定.

Abstract

To establish an HPLC method to determine the relevant substances in veterinary water injection.Use Inertsil ODS-35 μm(4.6 mm × 250 mm) column;use 0.1% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (adjust pH with phospic acid to 2.5±0.1) as mobile phase A,acetonitrile as mobile phase B;gradient elution;detection wavelength is 251 nm.Results:The method has good specificity,stability,durability,reproducibility and high sensitivity.This method is suitable for the determination of related substances in animal water injection.
