UPLC-PDA Combined UPLC-MS/MS Method to Confirm the Illegal Addition of Enrofloxacin in One Batch of Nominal Baitouweng Koufuye
A mothod was established for confirmation of enrofloxacin in a batch of Baitouweng koufuye by UPLC-PDA joint UPLC-MS/MS..After extraction and dilution,waters BEH C18 column as separation column,UPLC-PDA preliminary screening,and then separated by ACQUITY UPLC T3 chromatography column,liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer by positive ion scanning and measurement.By comparing the retention time of the chromatogram and the peak shape of the spectrogram and the mass spectrometer,the results showed that the illegal addition was enrofloxacin.This method is fast,sensitive and reproducible,and is suitable for the detection of enrofloxacin in this batch of nominal Baitouweng koufuye.
