In order to understand the use of veterinary drugs and the quality and safety situation in the breeding process of black bone chickens in Hubei Province,explore methods and measures to promote the sustainable development of black bone chicken products,and better ensure the quality and safety level of livestock and poultry products,field research and analysis were conducted on the main black bone chicken breeding farms in five major cities in Hubei Province that produce black bone chickens.The results show that respiratory and digestive diseases mainly occur in the breeding process of black bone chickens in Hubei Province.Commonly used antibiotics include amoxicillin,enrofloxacin,and flufenicol.There are also problems with low breeding management level and lack of scientific medication regulations in the breeding process.This article proposes relevant measures through investigation and analysis to further improve the quality and safety of black bone chicken products and promote the scientific and healthy development of black bone chicken breeding in Hubei Province.
