磷酸锌国内专利技术发展趋势与竞争力预测分析

摘要
通过研究我国磷酸锌申请专利保护的情况,对其自主创新和专利应用的特点进行了全面分析.分析表明,2011-2018年我国磷酸锌专利申请量上升,2019-2022年开始下降,专利申请类型以发明专利为主,专利保护以磷酸锌在涂料中的应用(其中主要是抗腐蚀涂料)为主.同时通过对磷酸锌专利技术发展趋势与竞争力预测的分析,以及对开发高端磷酸锌产品的方式和现有专利的运营方式提出了建议.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the patent protection of zinc phosphate in our country and the characteristics of its independent innovation and patent application.The analysis shows that from 2011 to 2018,the number of zinc phosphate patent applications in our country increased,from 2019 to 2022,it began to decline,the main type of patent application is patent for invention,and the patent protection mainly focuses on the application of zinc phosphate in coatings,which are mainly anti-corrosion coatings.At the same time,this paper analyzes the development trend and competitiveness of zinc phosphate patent technology,and puts forward some suggestions on the development of high-end zinc phosphate products and the operation of existing patents.
