摘要

以水性聚氨酯风电叶片面漆为研究对象,考察了树脂羟基含量、色浆和水性光稳定剂类型对涂层耐人工气候加速老化性能的影响.结果表明,选择合适的树脂羟基含量及色浆类型,并添加光稳定剂可提高涂膜的耐候性,优化后的配方满足DNV GL认证的要求.以水性聚氨酯风电叶片面漆为研究对象,考察了树脂羟基含量、色浆和水性光稳定剂类型对涂层耐人工气候加速老化性能的影响.结果表明,选择合适的树脂羟基含量及色浆类型,并添加光稳定剂可提高涂膜的耐候性,优化后的配方满足DNV GL认证的要求.

Abstract

The weather resistance of waterborne polyurethane topcoat for wind turbine blades was studied.The effects of hydroxyl content of resin,type of color paste and waterborne light stabilizer on the accelerated aging resistance of the film in artificial climate were investigated.The results showed that:the coatings film's artificial accelerated aging resistance was better when selecting suitable resin and color paste,and addicting light stabilizer.Finally,the optimized formula had excellent weather resistance,which could meet the requirements of DNV GL.
