摘要

讨论了水性环氧树脂、固化剂、导电颜料和防锈颜料对涂层性能影响,拟通过导电云母粉复配单壁碳纳米管为导电颜料,制备一种水性环氧导静电涂料.实验结果表明,制备的水性环氧导静电涂料综合性能优异,满足GB/T 50393-2017中对水性导静电型防腐蚀涂料和涂层性能指标要求.

Abstract

This paper discusses the influence of waterborne epoxy resin,curing agent,conductive pigment and antirust pigment on coatings performance,and plans to create waterborne epoxy electrostatic conductive coatings by using conductive mica powder and single-walled carbon nanotubes as conductive pigment.The experimental results indicate that the comprehensive performance of the waterborne epoxy electrostatic conductive coatings produced was excellent,meeting the requirements of GB/T 50393-2017 for waterborne electrostatic conductive anti-corrosion coatings and coatings performance indicators.
