A Study on Design and Construction Scheme of Waterborne Metal Flash Coatings for Large Vehicles
The painting characteristics of large vehicles are studied,and the formulation of waterborne metal flash coatings for large vehicles is designed.Through the reasonable combination of the main base material,auxiliary base material,orientation agent,aluminum powder,co-solvent,etc.,with different types of mixing water or curing agent,the constructability of waterborne metal flash coatings can meet the requirements,especially suitable for large-area painting under low humidity environment,and the paint mist fusion is good.The coatings film is smooth,the metal is arranged in a directional way,the overall appearance is bright and the performance meets the technical standards of the main engine factory.
