Research and Preparation of Waterborne Acrylic Amino Coatings
By using high-performance monomers such as isobornyl acrylate,hydroxypropyl methacrylate,and glycidyltert carbonate to synthesize waterborne hydroxy acrylic resin and introducing Si—O bonds in the system,it can crosslink and cure with amino resin at a certain temperature,forming a highly cross-linked network structure of the coatings to form dense protective coatings.The coatings have excellent chemical resistance,acid and alkali resistance,artificial aging resistance,salt spray resistance,etc.
