摘要

为提高水资源利用效率,达到节能降耗的目的,对铝合金车轮前处理进行中水回用及逆向补水可行性研究.优化补水管路,严格监控水洗槽电导率及末道水洗菌群污染程度;对铝合金车轮涂膜性能(附着力、硬度、耐碎石冲击、耐CASS试验、耐盐雾性、耐丝状腐蚀性、耐水性、耐湿性及耐洗涤剂)进行测试.结果标明:涂装前处理中水回用及逆向补水工艺稳定,水洗槽电导率及末道水洗含菌量均满足前处理工艺指标要求,涂膜性能合格.

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of water resource utilization and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction,a feasibility study was conducted on the reuse of reclaimed water and reverse water replenishment in the pre-treatment of aluminum alloy wheels.The water supply pipeline was optimized and the conductivity of the washing tank and the degree of bacterial contamination in the final washing process were strictly monitored.The film properties(adhesion,hardness,chipping resistance,CASS,salt spray resistance,filiform corrosion resistance,water resistance,moisture resistance,and cleaning agent resistance)are investigated.The results indicate that the water reuse and reverse water replenishment process in the pre-treatment of painting are stable,the conductivity of the washing tank and the bacterial content in the final washing meet the requirements of the pre-treatment process,and the coatings film performance is qualified.
